In the policy, “Us”, “Our”, and “We” refers to Premium life and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user, or person using our website. You accept these terms and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between us and you. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.
You may place an order by telephone or by completing an online order form on our website. On placing an order, you understand to commence a 12 months agreement. The commencement date of the agreement is the date of the first payment. When you cancel the contract within 12 months agreement, you have to pay the remainder at once on the day you cancel.
You understand this agreement will rollover automatically and continue as per the original agreement on an annual basis. You terminate this agreement with 30 days notice in writing (e-mail). You shall not transfer the equipment from the premises where it is initially installed to anyone without our permission. If you transfer the contract to someone, you have to pay $120.
You acknowledge that the ownership of the equipment is retained by premium life at all times. We shall have the right to remove the equipment in the event that you fail to abide by the material terms and conditions of the agreement, or become bankrupt, insolvent, or discontinue payment.
No unauthorized persons shall perform maintenance on our equipment. You will contact us for any breakdown or failure of the equipment. We will arrange a person to investigate and maintain the equipment.
You agree to provide our representative reasonable and safe access to its premises to allow the efficient delivery of equipment. You have to give us a minimum 2 weeks notice when you move the house to be scheduled desired movement date ($60 movement fee may be charged).
We may include a free installation service when placing orders. Free installation covers connection of our water bar to an existing 220-240V power point and an existing mains water stop tap within 3m of our bench top location. It includes drilling bench tops (including timber, laminate, stainless steel, and stone but excluding glass) and cupboards to run ¼” flexible pipe to the mains. It excludes installation of power points, mains water stop taps, major plumbing, or complex installations where the premium life is located more than 3m from the water mains in which case additional charges may apply and a quote will be provided before any work commences. Where installation involves drilling through bench tops, under bench cupboards, and sometimes walls to feed the pipe connecting the product to the plumbing supply, we will endeavour to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard but will not be liable for repair or make good of drilled surfaces at any time either at the time of or after installation. We charge $60, when you want to change the equipment (bench top or free standing), relocate the equipment or move the house.
You agree to make payment monthly ($50). All prices are inclusive of GST. We accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard, and by bank transfer (EFT) (via ezidebit). We do not collect or store credit card information on our systems. Further information on ezidebit terms and conditions may be found on www.ezidebit.com. Payment by other means is at our discretion. You undertake that all personal details you provide to us for the purpose of placing an order are true and correct, that you are the authorised holder of the credit card you use for payment, and there are sufficient funds available in your account to complete your order. If you are in default of your account, a debt collection agency fee($9.90) may apply. On completion of your order and we will contact you to confirm the details of your order and installation arrangements. Once we have received full payment we will lease the equipment.
Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind. If there is a fault in the machine, we will repair or replace it. You might be charged for repair or replace of the equipment if the cause of the fault or damage is you, alteration or tampering with the parts of the equipment, misuse or negligence by you. All refunds are made at the discretion of Premium life.
You will be liable for any loss or damage to equipment (fair wear and tear excepted) while in your care. You agree to reimburse us in full for the reasonable costs of repair or replacement of the Equipment. If the unit is damaged or too dirty, you will have to pay an additional $80-$450 (including damage from cockroaches and mouse). You must pay $1800 for lost units.
You agree that the use of the equipment carries with it dangers and risks of injury and you agree to accept all dangers and risks. To the full extent permitted by law you release, discharge and indemnify us from all claim and demands on us arising out of or consequent on the use or misuse of the equipment during the hire period. Or of any manufacturing faults of parts that may occur. You will assume all risks and liabilities for and in respect of the equipment and for all injuries to or deaths of persons and any damage to property whatsoever or arising from your possession, or use. If the equipment is left unattended it is advisable to turn the water off to the system at its source.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers. You provide information to us via the internet at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not wholly within our control.
